Leather and upholstery cleaning is the most labor-intensive service Elite Floor and Furniture Cleaning offers because furniture varies in both size and texture which requires the work to be done by hand.  

Commonly offered as a commercial service; for residential services there is a price minimum of $250.00.

The following outlines our cleaning method to leather and upholstery cleaning:

‍First, the cleaning solutions are chosen to get the best results for your particular staining or type of leather. We remove loose soil, crumbs, pet hair and mystery particles as needed before we apply your furniture’s own custom cleaning solution.‍

Second, a deep sanitizing foam is applied to furniture; this cleansing foam instantly attracts the two elements dirty furniture contains: soil and soil attractants. It is important to know that body oil and old sugar-containing spills leaves residue which causes otherwise loose soil particles to tightly cling to highly-used areas of your furniture. These sticky soil attractants are what really makes the persistent darkening dirty spots you see grow in size on your furniture.

Third, we hand-clean stubborn stains. Most stains will be gone by this point, but usually there are some that remain and need extra attention. Remember, we are not miracle workers; therefore, some spots might not come out. Nonetheless, very heavily soiled areas will also be double treated at this point.
