We use high powered UV lights to find pet stains. An enzyme and urine neutralizing treatment are used to remove the toughest odors by flushing water through carpet. In addition, a pre-treatment with bacteria killer and enzyme digester is used to sanitize the stained area and then we apply hot water extraction with Hydrocide product.

‍If pet odor is prominent in a room typically it will not be related to just the stained area. The following steps are used to effectively remove the odor:

1. Saturation of carpet and padding with urine stain and odor removal solution.
2. Sub-surface extraction (see fig. below)
3. Rinsing saturation of carpet and padding
4. Final sub-surface extraction to remove remaining odor and residue.
